The Resume Is Dead

We think resumes are where great experience and personality go to die. In the 10 years that we’ve been in business, we’ve read hundreds of insanely boring resumes from some really talented marketing people.

So we’re changing the process. We are asking applicants to apply for a paid social media marketing internship via a self-produced YouTube video AND we’re letting all of you vote to decide who Ink Foundry should hire.
